  • EBT, Medicaid or Medicate Card (must have your name on  it)

  • Disability Statement

  • Free Lunch Approval Letter (matching name of parent or address)

  • Military Vet or ID card

  • or Letter of explanation (please note: must be at least 1 paragraph, and you will be responsible for paying for your course)

Please note: If you pay this discounted amount and do not submit one of the documents before, you may continue with the process but NPRVS will not be able to cover any fee or tuition payments upfront, and the balance of the fee will be deducted from your first check.

Note: In addition to this background check, the client campaign you will be on (Comcast, Turbo Tax, Airbnb, Home Depot, etc.) will also require additional or similar background information and drug testing,

but, if you have received your waiver approval, there will be no cost to you.

 

You will simply have to take the form that will come to your email to the nearest drug testing facility in your area. (We will give you the location addresses for you to choose from)


If your background check fails, don't worry.

We understand that some people may have a past.

You will be notified and supplied with a copy and alternative positions available through our Second Chance Program if you are eligible (non-violent offenses).
