This website it to help individuals be able to acquire Customer Service (inbound and/or outbound calls) contracts from home. This site is also to help businesses with Configuration Management, Customer Service Assistance and Resources and training classes. 

All agents are considered independent contractors and there is a NPRVS Base Statement of Work that must be signed at the time you are hired or go through the Self-Hiring Process. If you have not signed an NPRVS Base Statement of Work, you are still held as responsible for the terms and conditions therein if you are a registered Agent of NPR Virtual Solutions and/or its parent company or subsidiaries as it is available to you via link at the time of application, by request and online in the Team Resources area.
